Thanks to all who attended Saturday's class. As Pete could attest, I could hardly contain my excitement that morning! Starting this week, we'll end class at 10am from now on to make the transition for the following class a bit smoother.(we'll take a poll this week if people want to start earlier at 8:30, or continue at 8:45.)
I'll be adding the sequence we did later this week to the blog, check it out. Our practice was dedicated to the intention to polish and shine the windows of our body, heart and mind to more fully discover the wonder and magic around us. A word on the above pic: this robin's nest was right outside my sister's front door last April. Saturday's class was on April 7, my sister Eri's birthday. Cheers to discovering magic right outside your door!
